Cut two 20cm pieces of nylon webbing as B1 and B2, and sew them to the left and right sides of fabric A.
Step 3: Make a bow
Cut another 20cm piece of ribbon, fold it in half and sew it along the middle as C. Then, sew some rhinestones on it for decoration.
