Refund policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated and the item has left the studio, the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Address Corrections
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please email the studio immediately. Please use the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and include your full name, order number, and the corrected address. Fiery Bloom is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer if the order has already shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the small-batch nature of our creations, Fiery Bloom is unable to accept exchanges at this time. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out—I am always happy to help.
Refunds & Defective Items
Refunds are only issued for items that are defective or if there is a fulfillment error. To be eligible for a return:
1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. You must email a photo of the defective product to the studio within 7 days of delivery.
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an approval email. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns may be declined if the item is damaged due to customer handling or returned outside the 7-day validity period.
Shipping & Transit
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During high-volume periods, please allow additional time for transit. If you are returning an item, the use of a trackable shipping service or insurance is highly recommended. Fiery Bloom is not responsible for parcel loss during return transit.
