Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it is within 24 hours and has not been shipped. Once it has shipped, it can not be cancelled.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address in email.
Return & Exchange
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time. However, if you have any problems with your order, we will be more than happy to help.
Refunds
We only refund items if they are defective or have a partial loss due to our error. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you intend to apply for a refund, take an image of the defective product and send to us. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or a proof of the purchase.
Once we received and inspected your return item, we will send you an approval email. We will also notify you if the request cannot be processed for reasons listed:
1. Any item is damaged or partial loss not due to our error.
2. Any item is not returned within its validity period.
Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If you are sending an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We won't be responsible for parcel loss. Depending on where you live, the shipping time may vary.

Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
